Mark is an experienced Judo Coach of 20 years and has produced many Northern Ireland and All Ireland Judo Champions.

Qualified Judo Coach for 20 years.
2 Times Lisburn City Coach of the year.
Level 3 British Judo Association.
Level 2 UKCC in Judo.
Level 2 British Wrestling.
Member of the Sports Coach UK.
British Judo Association Senior Examiner.
Child Protection Trained.
First Aid Trained.


Competition Record.
As a former Great Britain Senior International and former Northern Ireland Senior and Masters International, Mark has competed in Judo for over 20 years, taking him to North America, South America, Oceana, Africa and throughout Europe and the UK.

Northern Ireland Open Senior and Junior Champion
Irish Open Junior, Senior and Masters Champion
British Masters Champion
Commonwealth Masters Champion
European Masters Champion
World Masters Bronze Medallist
Two times Malta Senior Open Champion
Two times Senior South African Open Medallist
Represented Northern Ireland at Judo in Commonwealth Championships and the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games finishing in 5th Place.

Mark then took up the Sport of Wrestling, and became Northern Irelands first Wrestler in 16 years to win a British Open Medal and then to represent Great Britain.  Mark has competed in Wrestling for 3 years, taking him to Asia, throughout Europe and the UK.

Represented Northern Ireland in Wrestling at 1 Commonwealth Championships and the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games.  Mark was the Flag Barer for the Northern Ireland Team at the Opening Ceremony in Delhi where he finished in 5th Place in the Freestyle discipline and in 5th Place the Greco Roman discipline.
